Imminent Death - enter 01/01/9999 until the actual death occurs.
(i.e. a person under Hospice care)
Adding Death Date - a blank death date can only be entered by the Record Keeper of your account.
Changing Death Date - an incorrect death date can be changed without a Record Keeper.
(i.e. The record keeper of your account can be found on the Administration
menu item)
